赤城遊園をご利用者全員が気持ちよく快適にご利用頂くためにご協力をお願いします。

● 10時以降は就寝者優先時間です。お静かにお願いします。

（就寝している他のお客様やお子様にご配慮をお願いします）

● 花火は手持ちのものに限らせていただきます。 ロケット花火や打ち上げ花火は禁止です。

●フリーサイト内では、必ず焚き火台の下に難燃シートを使用して芝生を保護してください。

●施設内や駐車場での盗難やご利用者感のトラブルで生じた損害に対しては一切の責任を負いかねます。

●各テントに1名以上の成人（保護者か指導者）が同宿して下さい。

● 赤城遊園内では周囲に注意して徐行運転をお願い致します。

● 赤城遊園内の流入河川での水遊びは全面禁止です。

● 自動車のアイドリングは、環境保護や周辺利用者の健康被害を考慮し、お控え頂くようお願い致します。

● 雷雨や豪雨の際は、【管理棟】等の屋根の下に避難して下さい。

● 貴重品はできる限り持ち込まないで下さい。持ち込まれた場合、各自が責任を持って管理して下さい。

● テントの撤収後、サイトの清掃をお願いします。特にペグの確認を忘れないで下さい。

● 赤城遊園内の樹木を傷つけたり、生物の持ち帰りは禁止です。植物を採取する際はスタッフに確認を取ってください。

● ご利用中に警報・特別警報が発令された場合には、お客さま自身の安全を最優先とし、

速やかな避難の判断と行動をお願いいたします。なお、避難時の責任については負いかねることをご了承ください。

We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that all users can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable experience.

• Quiet Hours After 10:00 PM: Please be mindful of others who may be sleeping. (Be considerate of other guests and children who may be resting.)

• Fireworks: Only handheld fireworks are permitted. Rocket fireworks and aerial fireworks are prohibited.

• Campfires: On the free campsite, please protect the lawn by using a fire-resistant sheet under your fire pit.

• Liability: We are not responsible for any damage resulting from theft or conflicts between users within the facility or parking lot.

• Supervision: At least one adult (guardian or supervisor) must stay with each tent.

• Driving: Please drive slowly and cautiously within the park.

• Water Activities: Playing in the rivers within the park is strictly prohibited.

• Engine Idling: To protect the environment and consider the health of other users, please refrain from idling your car engine.

• Severe Weather: In case of thunderstorms or heavy rain, please take shelter under the roof of the [Management Building] or another covered area.

• Valuables: Please avoid bringing valuables. If you do, you are responsible for their safekeeping.

• Site Cleanup: After dismantling your tent, please clean your site, ensuring you have removed all tent pegs.

• Protection of Nature: Damaging trees, taking animals, or removing plants from the park is prohibited. If you wish to collect plants, please confirm with the staff first.

Emergency Evacuation: In the event that an alarm or special warning is issued during your stay, please prioritize your safety and evacuate promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents during evacuation. 

このたびは、当キャンプ場のコテージをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

皆様に快適かつ安全にご滞在いただくため、以下の利用規約をお守りくださいますようお願いします。

1. チェックイン・チェックアウト

チェックイン：午後2時から可能です。

チェックアウト：午前11時までにお願い致します。

2. コテージ内での注意事項

火気の使用：調理は専用のキッチンエリアで行ってください。

ペット：コテージ内にペットの同伴は原則禁止です。

ペットを放し飼いにしていた形跡が見つかった場合、クリーニング費用（30,000円）を請求します。

3. ベッドメイキングに関するお願い

★ 当キャンプ場では、お客様により快適で自由な時間をお過ごしいただけるよう、セルフベッドメイキング方式を採用しております。

お部屋にご用意しております寝具セットをご自身でご利用ください。

1. シーツと枕カバー：ベッドにシーツを敷き、枕カバーを装着してください。

2. 掛け布団：掛け布団をご用意しております。ご自身でセットしてお休みください。

3. その他備品：枚数に制限がありますが、電気毛布や毛布の用意がございます。必要に応じてお使いください。（ご使用後は所定の場所へお戻しください）

4. ごみの処理

原則、燃えるごみと生ゴミは各自お持ち帰り下さい。また、空き缶、空き瓶、

ペットボトルは分別して、指定のごみ箱にお捨てください。

※大型のごみや特別な廃棄物は捨てないでください。

5. 騒音

他のお客様の迷惑となるような大声や音楽の使用はご遠慮ください。

カラオケ機材の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。夜間（午後10時以降）はテレビの音量を下げて特に静かにお過ごしくださいますようお願い致します。

6. 施設の損壊

コテージや備品の破損、紛失があった場合は、速やかにフロントへご連絡ください。 故意または過失により施設に損害を与えた場合は、修理費用をご請求させていただくことがございます。

7. セキュリティ

当キャンプ場では、貴重品の盗難・紛失に関して一切の責任を負いかねます。

8. 緊急時の対応

火災、怪我、病気など緊急の場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。

9. その他

自然環境を大切にし、植物や動物を傷つけないようにお願い致します。

Thank you for choosing to stay at our campground's cottage. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following terms of use.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

   • Check-In: Available from 2:00 PM.

   • Check-Out: Please check out by 11:00 AM.

2. Cottage Guidelines

   • Use of Fire: Please conduct all cooking in the designated kitchen area.

   • Pets: Pets are generally not allowed inside the cottage. If there is evidence of pets being kept loose in the cottage, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.

3. Bed Making

   • To provide a more comfortable and flexible stay, we use a self-service bed-making system. Please use the bedding set provided in your room.

   • Sheets and Pillowcases: Please place the sheets on the bed and put the pillowcase on the pillow.

   • Duvets: Duvets are provided; please set them up yourself when you are ready to sleep.

   • Other Items: We have a limited number of electric blankets and regular blankets available. Use them as needed, and please return them to their designated place after use.

4. Garbage Disposal

   • Please separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated bins. Do not dispose of large items or special waste.

5. Noise

   • Please refrain from loud voices or music that may disturb other guests. Bringing karaoke equipment is not allowed. After 10:00 PM, kindly lower the TV volume and maintain a quiet environment.

6. Damage to Property

   • If you damage or lose any cottage property or equipment, please report it to the front desk immediately. We may charge you for repair costs if the damage was caused intentionally or due to negligence.

7. Security

   • We are not responsible for the theft or loss of valuables during your stay.

8. Emergency Procedures

   • In case of fire, injury, or illness, please contact us immediately.

9. Other Guidelines

   • Please respect the natural environment and avoid harming plants and animals.
